Ugh
I’ve been so so busy with my new job so I haven’t had time to make a video, but I will tomorrow & I have a huge announcement to make: my one month results eating Susan’s Healthy Gourmet and working out! So stay tuned!
Like I said, I have started my new job. I had to get measured for a uniform- I was mortified because my hips don’t lie- the measurements were bigger...
Super Bowl weekend and a diet....
Trying to stick with a diet over Super Bowl Sunday is one of life’s harder things (for me at least). I admit, I cheated. I’m a cheater. The ranch and onion dip was too tempting, with potato chips. Arrhgghhh! I’m a cheaterrrrr!!!
To be honest, today (monday) I’m feeling absolutely sloth like and slightly sick to my stomach for eating unhealthy, first time in over a month....

after realizing novelNoms.com is actually a tumbler page and looks ten thousand times more rad than mine (and the fact i want to be better than NovelNoms (aka Gretchen) at all times) i got kinda sad, like maybe misty eyed even. Does anyone wanna fix mine up? I know i’m asking for something crazy just putting it out there, if not, I hope you enjoy this blue background.

Check this out baby...
So, today I kinda slacked on the diet/working out…I worked out for 30 minutes slow, snail paced run on my treadmill while I watched Food Network making myself even more hungry than I already was.
So, now I’m laying on my couch eating a snack pack of peanut butter crackers waiting to go eat dinner out with the lady.
But you say “AJ aren’t you on a diet!?” why, yes...

Ps - I promise I’ll try my hardest not to mention reality tv shows or anything like that on here, even I’m sick of them….I mean, unless I win one or something.

Weight
I think I might start keeping this as my 2012 weight loss extravaganza blog. So with that said: I did 45 minutes on the treadmill at 8% incline at 3.5mph….and my legs are burning…tomorrow (Friday) im going to the beach to jog the sand, and by jog I mean walk fast maybe a few fast strides, that could look like a jog. Maybe. Wanna join??
