I know…pot pie is not the healthiest thing…but….I wanted it…I had no idea Yardhouse single serving pot pie was as big as a small child.

So, today I kinda slacked on the diet/working out…I worked out for 30 minutes slow, snail paced run on my treadmill while I watched Food Network making myself even more hungry than I already was.

So, now I’m laying on my couch eating a snack pack of peanut butter crackers waiting to go eat dinner out with the lady.

Is now my source for food breakfast lunch and dinner…hopefully with eating right combined with my working out, I’ll be seeing some results…hopefully. I’ll be blogging you with pictures and my opinions of their food and weekly weight loss…I know, so not what you’d expect from me, but at least I’ll make it funny….

So, this weekend is playoff football and with that comes food, probably take-out & my couch….. but come Monday….it’s me and Susans Healthy Gourmet for the win! (hopefully)

Ps - I promise I’ll try my hardest not to mention reality tv shows or anything like that on here, even I’m sick of them….I mean, unless I win one or something.

I think I might start keeping this as my 2012 weight loss extravaganza blog. So with that said: I did 45 minutes on the treadmill at 8% incline at 3.5mph….and my legs are burning…tomorrow (Friday) im going to the beach to jog the sand, and by jog I mean walk fast maybe a few fast strides, that could look like a jog. Maybe. Wanna join??

A “healthy food company” is sending me a weeks worth of food to review, hopefully it’s delicious or I’ll get cranky being hungry & starving and hate their food and give them a bad review.
