A Saturday night at home eating grapes & newly discovered pop-chips! Have you ever tried these things?! Susan’s sent me some in my lunch today but I saved them for a snack. They’re like chips that are pressure cooked in an oven until they pop! 100 calories per bag and 3 grams of fat and the same chip taste! Also you get to stick your hand in the chip bag which, in itself, is feeling enough to make me think I’m eating Doritos! I’m late in making a progress video, I’ll try and make one tomorrow. I’ve been busy lately working, working out, being distracted by really lame reality tv shows and sleeping. It’s funny how life takes over sometimes! I did notice today my waist is getting smaller. I have a pair of jeans I’m dead set on fitting in September (my goal month and half marathon month). Anyway, back to my chips and Roseanne reruns. I clearly know how to have a good time!

I always try to keep this updated as much as I can but the last few days have been pretty busy. I mean, I haven’t been THAT busy…you know, football playoffs and a travel expo over the weekend I went to. I think i’m going to take a trip to Holland with the lady friend in April and tiptoe thorough the tulips. So not like me, I know. I did get some really great information however, at the expo…oh there are trains that go all over Europe hopefully I can visit other countries as well.
So on to the more interesting and relevant topic, my diet. Tomorrow will be 7 days of eating Susan’s Healthy Gourmet, breakfast, lunch and dinner…oh and one snack usually of fruit or crackers and cheese. Along with working out at least 5 days a week for an hour. I also, as I said before have been pounding down water like a fish. I put on a shirt today that was tight at one time around my upper arms, that NOW feels loose! I know it’s only been a week but I’ve cut my caloric intake in half each day, I’ll weigh myself tomorrow for sure to know.
Eating preset meals I am limited to what I can eat. It seems like Monday-Thursday they have me eating a lot of chicken and fish and salads. I was so so so excited to find an Andes candy in my salad the other day. The fat kid inside me was dying to eat it. I really haven’t eaten anything candy wise, only what they’re sending me. Friday-Sunday the meals were a little more carb packed, turkey lasagna and pot roast…today I got chicken tortilla soup with a chocolate cupcake on the side…hollllllllllllerrrrrrrr!
